Find my Password

To get a reminder of your existing password, follow these instructions:

  1. Click on the [Lost Password] link under the Member Area menu  or  click on the [Click Here] link under the Lost Password heading
  2. Type your email address (associated with your Westminster Chapel account) in the field labeled Email Address
  3. Click on [Submit Request]
  4. Check your email for a communication from Info @ WestminsterChapel.com which has your login credentials, including your active password.
  5. Using the delivered credentials, log into the Westminster Chapel site.

Change my password

To change a Password:

  1.  Log into the Westminster Chapel website
  2. Select the [My Information] link under the [Member Area] Menu
  3. Click on the [Change Password] button
  4. In the Password field, type your new password – Note:  In today’s environment of hackers, a strong password should be at least 8 characters and should include one or more UPPERCASE letter(s),  number(s) and special character(s) [  #,$,^,&,*,(,)  ]
  5. In the Verification field, reenter your new password
  6. Click on [Save Changes]

 

Your new password will now be active.

Add a Family Photograph to the Directory

At Westminster Chapel, we know that community is built as we become familiar with each other.  Pictures aide this process of becoming more familiar.  For this reason, we encourage each family to have a family photo included as a part of the directory.   The Directory is accessible by personal password.  If you picture is in landscape orientation, please size it to no more than 400 pixels wide.  A photo in portrait orientation should be no more than 300 pixels. ( And if you aren't sure what is meant by this, just email your photo to our buzzmaster at info@westminsterchapel.com, and we will size and post your photograph for you.)

To add your family photo, please follow these steps:

1. Click on the [My IOnformation] link under the Members Area menu listing.

2. Click on the [Choose File] button.

3. Browse through your directory listing to the folder with the family photo you have selected.

4. Click on the picture and then click on the [Open] button, or double click on the photo to select it for uploading.

5. Click on [Save] to complete the insertion of your Family Photo into your directory listing.  The picture will now appear at the bottom of your family data page.

Use the Prayer/Praise List

At Westminster Chapel, we know prayer and praise are essential elements of our worship, our fellowship, and our service.  Under the Members Area is our prayer list.  Use the list to submit prayer requests and praises.  The list can be accessed by members at any time.  Requests, when submitted, are also shared with our prayer team.

  1. Make sure you are logged in.
  2. From the Navigation menu on the left of the web page, click on
    [Prayer List] under the Member Area section.
  3. View the active requests and praises.
  4. Any request(s) which you have posted will display an edit button.  Click on this button to update a request
  5. Use the form section at the bottom of the list to enter a new request/praise.  When submitted, requests will remain on the page for 30 days from the submission date or from the latest update.

Search the Church Directory

At Westminster Chapel, we have an on-line directory accessible by our members.  To locate someone in the directory, you must first be logged in.  

  1. From the Members Area menu, select Member Directory
  2. Select the first Letter of the last name to find family of the person you are seeking
  3. Or type in the search box to find a specific entry - Note: you can type something besides the name you are searching - for example - zip code, business name, etc.

Share a Video from the Website

See a video on the website that you want to share with a family member or a friend?  It is easy to do ... here are the steps:

  1. Click on the video to start playing it.
  2. On the video player, click on the word [YouTube].
  3. The video will reopen in YouTube.  
  4. Click on the word [Share} to use YouTube's sharing tools through social media or email.

Send a Message to my Group

  1. Select Message Center from the Members Area Menu;
  2. Click on New to create a new message;
  3. Select the Group address from the select box to whom you want to message;
  4. Enter a Message Subject;
  5. Select [YES] if you want your recipients to receive an email telling them they have a message at the message center.  The email will have a link to directly access the message.
  6. Type the Message you wish to send:
  7. Click on the [SEND] button.

Read a Message 

To view Messages do the following:

  1. Login to the Members Area and then click on the Message Center listing in the menu.
  2. Message Center Page will list any existing messages;
  3. Click on a subject to view the full message.
  4. Use the labeled buttons to [Reply], [Delete], or [Go Back] to the Message Center page.

If the person originating the message chose to send recipients an email, the email would notify the Addressee that a message was waiting to be read.  The Addressee can login to the Members Area or click the designated link in the email to view the message on-line.
